Step 1: Create a new PST file in Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Click on "File" tab in the top left corner.
Select "Options" from the left-hand menu.
In the Outlook Options window, click on "Advanced" from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to the "Export" section and click on "Export" button.
Step 2: Choose the OST file to convert

In the Import and Export Wizard window, select "Export to a file" option and click "Next".
